München. TÜV SÜD treibt energisch die Hauptuntersuchung an Elektro-Fahrzeugen voran. Dazu wurde am Mittwoch, 26. Mai, erstmals die periodische Hauptuntersuchung (HU) an vier MINI E durchgeführt. Auf einer Pressekonferenz in der TÜV SÜD Auto Partner Prüfstelle in Hoppegarten bei Berlin hob Wolfgang Eichler, Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung der TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH , die Vorteile der Zusammenarbeit mit BMW auf diesem Gebiet hervor: „Die Durchführung des „TÜV“ an den MINI E ist eine hervorragende Möglichkeit, wichtige Erfahrungswerte hinsichtlich der Prüfpraxis bei Elektro-Autos zu sammeln, und diese Erfahrungen in die Fahrzeugprüfung einfließen zu lassen."

Munich. The Technical Control Board South (TÜV SÜD) is resolutely expediting the general inspection on electro vehicles. To this end, the recurrent general inspection (HU) was performed on four MINI E for the first time on Wednesday, May 26th. During a press conference in the TÜV SÜD car partner inspection center in Hoppegarten near Berlin, Wolfgang Eichler, member of the executive board of the TÜV SÜD Auto Service GmbH, emphasized the advantages of the collaboration with BMW in this area: “The performance of the “TÜV” on the MINI E is an excellent opportunity to collect important empirical values with regards to the inspection practices on electric cars and to integrate these values into the vehicle inspection.”
