Partner der e-miglia 2011

Die ersten Partner der e-miglia 2011 wurden präsentiert. Zum zweiten Jahr in Folge gibt es eine Kooperation mit dem AvD (Automobilclub von Deutschland e.V.), der Schletter GmbH mit dem Produkt P-CHARGE, dem BEM e.V. (Bundesverband eMobilität e.V.) und der Partnermesse the-electric-avenue Expo. Auch zum zweiten Mal, aber mit einer neuen Expo, der Klimamobility 2011, tritt die Messe Bozen innerhalb der e-miglia auf. Neu unter den Partnern ist die Großglockner Hochalpenstraßen AG.

Partner of the e-miglia 2011

The first partners of the e-miglia 2011 were presented. For the second year in a row, there’ll be a cooperation with Germany’s Automobile Club, the AvD (Automobilclub von Deutschland e.V.), the Schletter GmbH with the product P-CHARGE, the German Federal Association of e-mobility, the BEM e.V. (Bundesverband eMobilität e.V.) and the partnering trade show, the-electric-avenue Expo. The trade fair Bozen will also be part of the e-miglia for the second time, but with a new fair, the Klimamobility 2011. New amongst the partners is the Großglockner Hochalpenstraßen AG.

Die Premiere der e-miglia 2010 forderte den 25 teilnehmenden Fahrzeugen schon mehr ab, als viele ihnen zugetraut hatten: Hohe Pässe, frostige Temperaturen, teilweise Dauerregen, Tagesreichweite von bis zu 170 km. 

Vom 1. bis 5. August 2011 wird die e-miglia 2011 stattfinden und ins nächste Level gehen.

Rallyeleiter Richard Schalber: „Der Jaufenpass mit 2094 Metern war schon ganz ordentlich, aber heuer müssen die Teilnehmer über die Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse. Das sind rund 500 Höhenmeter obendrauf.“ 

Dr. Johannes Hörl, Direktor der Großglockner Hochalpenstrassen AG: „Die Großglockner Hochalpenstrasse ist eine weltweit einzigartige hochalpine Panoramastrasse inmitten eines international anerkannten Nationalparks. Ihre Besonderheit ist die Einbettung in unverwechselbare Naturlandschaft und ihre einzigartige Trassenführung. Umweltfreundliche Technologien werden bei uns eingesetzt und gefördert. Dazu zählt natürlich die Elektromobilität. Mit der höchsten E-Ladesäule der Welt und Sondertarifen für E-Mobile fördern wir das Bewußtsein für diese Zukunftstechnologie. Wenn die e-miglia 2011 erstmalig über den Großglockner rollt, unterstreicht dies unsere Bemühungen.“

e-miglia 2011: Second edition of the international rally for electric vehicles

The premiere of the e-miglia in 2010 already demanded more from the 25 participating vehicles than many thought them capable of: high passes, freezing temperatures, continuous rain in parts, daily ranges of up to 170 km. 

The e-miglia 2011 will take place from August 1^st – 5^th, 2011 and will take it to whole new level.

Rally Manager Richard Schalber: “The Jaufenpass, with its 2094 meters, was already pretty respectable, but now the participants have to manage the Großglockner High Alpine Road. That’s about 500 meters difference in altitude added.”

Dr. Johannes Hoerl, Director of the Großglockner Hochalpenstrassen AG: “The Großglockner High Alpine Road is the only high alpine panorama route worldwide in the middle of an internationally recognized National Park. Its special feature is the integration in the distinctive natural landscape and its unique pipe routing. We utilize and support eco-friendly technologies.  And one of them is of course electric mobility. With the tallest e-pump in the world and special rates for e-mobiles we advocate the awareness for these future technologies. The e-miglia 2011 crossing the Großglockner for the first time, emphasizes our endeavors.”
